Balanced diet breakfast

Another healthy balanced diet breakfast...😁

Carbo - fried 10 grains rice
Protein - hard boiled egg
Minerals - cube carrot, sweet corn & green beans 

I wonder how long I could keep up with this. Huh! Huh! 😅😅
